How long does it take to ship?

Our shipping times are typically 4 to 15 business days and consist of two phases:

Handling Time: 1 to 3 business days
During this phase, your order is processed, including order confirmation, adjustments, quality checks, and packing.

Shipping Time: 5 to 12 business days
The shipping time depends on the destination. This is the time it takes for your order to be transported from our international fulfillment center to your delivery address.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are allowed within 30 minutes of placing the order. Any requests submitted after 30 minutes will not be accepted and we will proceed with fulfillment.
