Simple Returns & Refund Policy

At Belaniva Shop, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Although fewer than 3% of our customers choose to return their purchases, we offer a simple and hassle-free return process.

Returns

If you choose to return your order, the product must be unused (for hygiene reasons) and in its original packaging. You have 30 days from the purchase date to initiate a return.

To start the return process, simply send an email to our support team at info@belaniva.com, and we will provide you with the return address.
Return shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund amount.

A member of our customer service team will guide you through the process and inform you in advance of the total refund amount.

Partial Refunds

If a returned product does not pass our inspection, you may only be eligible for a partial refund.
We are not responsible for shipping costs associated with returns of items that are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Non-Refundable Cases

• We do not offer refunds if the address provided at checkout was incorrect or incomplete.
• The company is not responsible for lost packages or unexpected issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
